We ship reliably with DHL or DPD, depending on the destination country. Here you will find information about our delivery conditions:

Standard shipping within Germany: Upon placing your order, the standard delivery time is 3-4 business days until your package arrives.

In the event that the package cannot be delivered due to a missing name on the mailbox, the buyer incurs a fee of 9.99 €.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties apply.
