Terms of service

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of GreenLife Naturals, represented by Adib El Khaldi, apply to all goods deliveries concluded by consumers or entrepreneurs through the online shop. Any terms and conditions of the customer are hereby contradicted unless expressly agreed otherwise.

1.2 Consumers are natural persons who enter into contracts for private purposes. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or legal partnerships acting in their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The product descriptions in the online shop do not represent binding offers but serve as an invitation to submit a binding offer by the customer.

2.2 The customer submits their binding offer through the online order form in the shop. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a legally binding contract offer.

2.3 The seller can accept the offer within five days by sending a written order confirmation or delivering the ordered goods.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Consumers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days after purchase, provided the goods remain sealed. Excluded are promotions.

3.2 Detailed information on the right of withdrawal is included in the cancellation policy.

4. Prices and Payment Conditions

4.1 The prices stated in the online shop are final prices and include the statutory VAT. Any additional shipping and delivery costs will be displayed separately.

4.2 The available payment options will be communicated to the customer during the ordering process in the shop.

5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

5.1 The goods are delivered to the customer's specified delivery address.

5.2 If the delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, they will bear the resulting costs.

5.3 The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in case of incorrect or improper self-supply.

6. Retention of Title

In the case of advance payment, the seller retains ownership of the delivered goods until the full payment of the purchase price.

7. Liability for defects (warranty)

7.1 The legal regulations apply in the event of defects in the purchased item.

7.2 The customer is requested to report obvious transport damages promptly to the carrier and inform the seller.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies to all legal relationships. Consumers have the right to refer to the law of their country of residence.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. The seller does not participate in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts with GreenLife Naturals and Adib El Khaldi as the contracting party.
