Flaxseed oil (EP)

Omega-3 fatty acids are an important part of a balanced diet when trying to conceive. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to normal brain and eye development in the foetus (with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA in addition to 250 mg DHA/EPA). DHA and EPA also contribute to normal heart function (with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA/EPA).

Vitamin D3

contributes to normal immune system function and normal cell division. It also supports the absorption and utilisation of calcium and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Vitamin K2

contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting. In combination with vitamin D, it contributes to the targeted supply of nutrients to the bones.
